Italian cooking begins with what's fresh.

Our Summer Fixe menus celebrate these seasonal ingredients through dishes that are rooted in tradition while embracing the best flavours of summer. Every course has been thoughtfully selected to showcase what our kitchen loves cooking this time of year.
Lunch, Done the Italian Way
Our $35 three-course lunch is designed for afternoons when good food deserves good company.
Start with Cacio e Pepe Arancini, Radicchio, or Summer Melon & Coppa, before choosing from favourites like Two-Sheet Lasagna Verde, Alla Vodka & 'Nduja Pizzetta, Mortadella & Stracciatella Panuozzo, or Crispy Eggplant Parmigiana.
Finish with a classic Sicilian Cannoli or Affogato al Caffè—because every great meal deserves something sweet.
Dinner Begins with Sharing
Some of the best parts of an Italian meal happen before the entrées arrive.
Our $55 Summer Fixe Dinner opens with an Aperitivo Tower for the table, featuring Burrata & Nectarine, Cacio e Pepe Arancini, and our warm Focaccia "Scarpetta." It's designed to be passed, shared, and enjoyed together—just as it would be in Italy.
From there, choose between seasonal entrées including Chicken Saltimbocca, Two-Sheet Lasagna Verde, Gnocchi al Limone, and Crispy Eggplant Parmigiana, before ending the evening with one of two classic desserts.
